Peter J. Kim
Creator/Host
Peter led the creation of the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) as its founding director. On the music side, he has performed in a reggae band in Cameroon, strummed flamenco in Granada, Spain, DJ’d parties in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and spit rhymes in Philadelphia. He has been featured in The New York Times, The New Yorker, NPR, CBS, NBC, and The Wall Street Journal, and has been invited for public speaking and television appearances around the country.

Harry Sultan is a digital content and podcast producer working to bring culinary stories to life. He’s currently a freelance producer working with Food52 on a number of audio projects. When he’s not busy working on podcasts, you'll likely find him in the kitchen working on one of his many fermentation projects or trying out his new favorite recipe.
